Financial Counseling
Money and the problems related to money are a frequent cause for stress and problems in the family. The Bible has a lot to say about our attitude toward and approach to money and finances. It is extremely important that Christians understand God’s perspective on money, and readjust our attitudes when it comes to money. We need to understand how to manage it, so that it does not end up managing us.
First, we must be practical and realize that money is necessary for life and that there is nothing wrong with money itself. I Timothy 6:10 says, “The love of money is the root of all evil.” It does not say, “Money is the root of all evil.” The problem is not money (or lack of money), but our attitude toward money.
If you are struggling with your finances or just have questions, the Bible has a lot to say.
